BUILT THROUGH PARTNERSHIP DESIGNED TO LAST
GenRise Labs is built on the belief that sustainable impact comes from partnership. It is building a model designed to grow through local educators, student leadership and community partnership.
While GenRise brings curriculum development, emerging technology and a student-led model, our local partners bring something equally important: deep knowledge of their communities, longstanding relationships with schools and families, and an understanding of the opportunities and challenges students and entrepreneurs experience every day.
Together, we aim to build a program that is not simply delivered in Bihar, but shaped by the people who will ultimately carry it forward.
OUR COMMUNITY PARTNER
KCS Foundation is GenRise Labs' principal implementation partner in Bihar.
Through its established relationships within local communities and schools, the Foundation helps GenRise identify participating centers and students, engage teachers and encourage students to connect with local micro-entrepreneurs in their communities who could benefit from student-led digital support.
The partnership also provides the essential bridge between the program's ideas and their practical implementation on the ground — helping ensure that the curriculum, workshops and student agency model respond to genuine local needs.
As GenRise develops, KCS Foundation will continue to play an important role in helping establish the local structures needed for continuity, enabling students and teachers to take increasing ownership of the program over time.
OUR SCHOOL PARTNERS
Our partner schools provide the environment in which GenRise moves from an idea into practice. Currently Genrise works with 3 schools in Bihar:
Vidya Vatika Public School, Kaina
Singhia College, Singhia
GK Academy, Morwara
OUR EDUCATION PARTNERS
Teachers are an important part of the longer-term model. Rather than relying indefinitely on external instruction, GenRise aims to develop resources and a train-the-trainer approach that enables local educators and student leaders to support future cohorts.
The shared objective is ultimately to create something that can increasingly operate locally — and, as the model proves successful, be adapted for other schools and communities.
Built together. Designed to continue.
